By accessing or using the SAP BASIS Knowledge Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The SAP BASIS Knowledge Hub is an online learning and reference platform that provides curated links to official SAP documentation, AI-generated quizzes, consolidated insights, plan templates for SAP BASIS activities, team collaboration features, and progress tracking. The Service is operated by BiswaSys ("we", "us", "our").

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

4. Subscription Plans

The Service offers a free tier with limited access and a Premium subscription with full access. Premium subscriptions are available in monthly and annual billing cycles. Pricing is displayed on the Pricing page and at checkout in your local currency.

• Free tier: Up to 30 quiz questions, 3 plan template previews, dashboard access.
• Premium tier: Unlimited quizzes, full plan template access, insights, team features, and bookmarks.

5. Billing and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed through Paddle.com, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Premium access until then.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content for commercial purposes.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service's security.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service's original content — including quizzes, insights, and plan templates — is owned by BiswaSys. Linked SAP documentation remains the property of SAP SE or its licensors. SAP is a trademark of SAP SE. This Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by SAP.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Technical content is provided for educational purposes and should be validated against your specific SAP environment before application in production.

9. Limitation of Liability

BiswaSys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
